Please Note Our Return Policy For The Following events




While we aim to please and understand the frustration of receiving items not meeting your requirements, please do note that items on sale at this web site are mostly under garments, as such it is not possible for us to accept returns.

We ask that you exercise care in making your selection and when placing your orders.

In the event that the error is entirely our doing, we will make good the order at our cost and expense and you are welcome to keep the non returnable items.




 Any request for return or replacements must be made via email within 7 days of receipt of the item. All items are shipped via registered mails with tracking numbers for yours and our convenient. Please follow our email instruction should you need to know status of your purchase.

Items that are not under-garments may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days after receipt. You will bear the cost and risk of return and the refund will be subjected to 20% restocking fee.
